About this business
Andrew and Katrina are a husband-and-wife team passionate about bringing authentic, untreated, exquisitely cut Central Queensland Sapphires to collectors and jewellery enthusiasts across Australia, with complete transparency and trust.
They came to us as they decided to take their activities to the next level. It was time to create an online home for their services and to start showing their range to the world.
How we helped
We created an elegant website that positions their brand as traditional, premium and personal. To maximise visual appeal, we’ve ensured that the images are of impeccable quality.
At the team’s request, we have assembled and implemented a video to showcase their sapphire cutting process. To elevate the visitors’ experience, we have made that video automatically start when it comes into view and stop when it gets out of view, while also respecting the user’s choice of pausing the video if they choose to do so.
We’ve also implemented an enhanced gallery experience that allows Andrew and Katrina to display the prices of their pieces under their respective photos. Visitors can also more comfortably zoom in on photos to get closer to the stones, and the overall navigation experience is smoother.
Last but not least, we’ve created a Google Business Profile and a Bing Profile targeting all of Australia, to get their gems in front of as many eyes as possible.
