Jess Carr-Walker is an experienced, passionate birth and postpartum doula based on the Sunshine Coast, providing personalised pregnancy, birth, and postpartum services. Her role is to empower mothers to achieve their most positive birth experience.
She came to us with a Wordpress website which, while visually beautiful, lacked in-depth information about her services and differentiation, and wasn’t producing the results she needed.
How we helped
We created a new Squarespace website that respects the look and feel of Jess’ previous website, while refining and harmonising it. We made her website comprehensive, authoritative, personal and graceful at the same time.
To inspire trust, we put more emphasis on Jess's wealth of experience and the many kind words her clients have left her over the years, positioning her as a leader in her sector.
She had a few blog posts on her previous website. We created a blog system on her new Squarespace website and transferred the posts over.
Last but not least, Jess had her phone number and email address displayed above her header on her previous website, to show that she is easy to reach. We recreated this experience on Squarespace using custom code.
